Connie
Registered Dental Hygienist
That woman, with the effervescent smile and easy laugh, bouncing along backroads of the Texas hill country in a 1975 lime green Jeep CJ-5 is none other than our beloved hygienist, Connie. Her patients love her almost as much as her husband, Joe, her three boys and six grandchildren. Since June of 1989, Connie has worked diligently to constantly train to perfect her hygienist skills. And, it shows. As your hygienist, Connie goes beyond a routine cleaning, she ascertains your health, your bite, your breathing, and a myriad of other clues at each session and quickly alerts Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett to evaluate and recommend a course of action. This enables you to stay on top of your dental health proactively and effortlessly with each visit.
The glowing reviews Connie regularly receives showcase her caring nature, so it is no surprise to learn it extends beyond her family and friends to their pets (currently a 15 year old Weimaraner). Connie is a farm and ranch girl at heart having grown up full bore FAA surrounded by sheep, goats, cows, pigs and chickens. And, she loved it. Today, she and Joe can be found on the dance floor of our state’s best live music venues when they are not with the grandkids. Photography, gardening and yard work occupy the rest of Connie’s naturally inquisitive nature. You are going to be really happy when you meet Connie and proud to call her your hygienist. And more importantly, your friend.
Kimm
Treatment Coordinator
Kimm Knight is one of those wonderful individuals you feel like you have known forever. Patients love her approachability, her welcoming smile, and how she always has a hug at the ready. Her loving voice soothes the most nervous of patients and reminds us all of the joy of friendships.
At the office, Kimm is the consummate professional, having worked in all aspects of the practice from assistant to registered dental hygienist to front desk. But what truly sets Kimm apart and instantly bonds her with patients, is her compassion. It is genuine and real. Kimm helps guide patients through their questions and concerns, clearly explains treatment options, provides experienced insight, calms trepidations and gives guidance on financial options. Patients share their innermost thoughts on their current smile with Kimm and also the smile they see themselves obtaining. They trust her in all things and it shows in the quality of the relationship patients have with the practice.
But there is more than just ‘work Kimm’, there is Kimm the ever patient mom to two daughters, Kimm the wife to her bass and crappie fishing husband, and most recently, there is Kimm, the cancer survivor, who has shown us all the power of courage, optimism and prayer can have in our lives when facing adversity.
We can’t say enough good things about this special woman and know you will feel the same way too when you meet her (and that’s not just because she is an exceptional baker who brings her co-workers and patients goodies on a regular basis!).
Kimberly
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kimberly has been in dentistry since 1984 and a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1986 and appreciates a large following of loyal patients who love her positive spirit that combines equal parts compassion, caring and professionalism.
Kimberly’s skills and accolades are many, including her work at Blinn Hygiene school where she has taught hygiene to the next generation of young professionals.
To know Kimberly is to know how much she truly loves being a mother to her daughter Erika and a grandmother to Emma, Andrew and her new grandson, Jonathan. Kimberly takes her family and grandmother role seriously and works tirelessly to be a positive role model in their lives including her Son-in-law Joshua that she considers a son.
It is not surprising then that she loves to serve others and it shows in her involvement in her church.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys cooking , baking , loves animals, music and good conversation over a cup of hot tea or a Diet Coke.
Tory
Registered Dental Assistant
Tory is Dr. Reece’s lead assistant and has been a part of our team since 2016. She brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge in the dental field. Tory works side by side with Dr. Reece creating unique experiences for each patient while they custom make the perfect smile. Tory is a natural entertainer and loves to make people laugh. She understands that your mouth is a very intimate place; her upbeat personality will make any dental procedure a breeze!
Tory and her husband have a daughter Payton who keeps them very busy. They reside in Normangee on a small ranch with their honeybees and chickens. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering and traveling in their motorhome.
Wendy
Registered Dental Assistant
Wendy is the consummate dental professional with over 20 years experience. Patients love her chair side manner and uplifting personality.
She describes her husband, Robert as her best friend and together they enjoy the company of their two ‘four-legged’ children, Molly and Carly who are quite loving and very spoiled.
In her spare time Wendy loves gardening. She also enjoys working out with Camp Gladiators which is a good thing because she is a fabulous cook and baker of tempting, yummy desserts!
Carol
Director of First Impressions
Carol is our Director of First Impressions; her outgoing personality will be greeting you upon arrival to the office, handling and scheduling your appointments, reviewing your treatments plan, answering the phone and more.
Carol is the first step, the first contact, in making the Reece & Jouett philosophy of “Inspiring people to realize their dreams in a joyful environment with rewards for all”, a reality.
Carol has a well-rounded and extensive knowledge of the dental field and is originally from Lima, Peru, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In 2003, she moved to Texas and has been primarily focused on the business side of dentistry for over the past 17 years.
In addition to her love for dentistry, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and their children, involvement in her church, traveling and building memories with family.

April
Registered Dental Assistant
April is the newest member of the Radiant Dentistry team. Her upbeat, positive attitude and caring nature has dovetailed perfectly into our philosophy of patient care where her smile and bubbly personality lift the spirits of all who encounter her.
A native of Bryan, Texas, April is known for her ability to cultivate and keep lifelong friendships. Early on she had an eye for occupations with an appreciation for health and beauty. The dental field seemed a logical fit and a good decision as April is now in her third decade of the dental profession she loves. When asked what was her favorite part of working at Radiant Exceptional Dentistry, she said, ‘I love that we create life-changing smiles and help people achieve their dreams’. I also love that we are now treating people from all over the world who travel just to experience this incredible team’s dental work.
Since joining our team in 2022, April has become an integral part of our group, she admires our commitment to constantly improving our skills and said she particularly enjoys learning from our two Master Dentists, Dr. Reece and Dr. Jouett.
April has embraced the practice’s forward thinking and adaption of digital dentistry and finds her amazing group of colleagues interesting and fun to work with. ‘The day zooms by with this team, we just click together and with the patients’, shared April.
April and her husband Brian have two children, Chandler and Madison and when not working enjoys floating the river, a quick turn around the dance floor, the energy of an outdoor concert, and soaking in the sunshine on a beach walk.
