Taking a Break from Being Exhausted

It's easy to take some of our traditions for granted, as though they had been around forever. Spring Break is one of those holidays that seems to have no purpose other than to break up the spring semester. Taking a quick glance online, there is not a single, clear explanation for the origins of taking a week off from school in the spring. One thing is agreed upon, however: we all need a break! The long school year can be overwhelming, and everyone needs to rest now and then. Yet, somehow we have turned our rest period into the work of vacationing! When we get back from our travels, we often need to take a day or two to rest.

This spring, try and find time to get some solid and substantial rest. Your body needs time to recover, and sometimes only a good night's sleep can cure what ails you.

Some of us have trouble even getting a full night of sleep. Those of us diagnosed with OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) are unable to get a healthy rest without the aid of CPAP machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) or a mouthguard like the Somnodent system.

If you, or someone you know, suffer from OSA, but don't do what is necessary to get a good night's rest, contact us today at (979) 596-5402 to learn about CPAP alternatives.

You may need the rest more than you know!
