In honor of the New Year, I found this list of the most commonly broken resolutions. Some of the resolutions this list mentions are:

One resolution that wasn't mentioned here but comes up repeatedly in Internet searches around New Years is to stop snoring!
While snoring is annoying for your bedmate or roommate, it can actually be a symptom of a deeper problem.
As I have mentioned before, I personally have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and use an oral appliance to remedy the problem. This condition, if left untreated, can lead to extreme fatigue, lower quality of life, and possibly even heart disease!
